In August 2011 after completing 22 years in the British Army as a Photographer, I thought, after a lot of planning that it would be a fabulous idea and challenge to travel around the whole of the UK mainland photographing my wonderful, stunning coast line. I travelled around in a second hand Mercedes Sprinter, what a motor, it never once let me down. I met some wonderful, passionate people who are very proud to live in this country and that is why I have tried to portray these coastal gems, as they are and without over editing in software. I do hope you all enjoy my images.
I photographed over 130 coastal towns on my journey and now busy putting them together.

All of my images are digitally stitched by hand, no automated software and no 360 deg lenses used. All conventional equipment - just the know how.
Simple like me !
